A large staffing company, which specializes in placing agricultural workers, came to us in search of a versatile payroll solution. Because many of these individuals work irregular schedules, sometimes on a day-to-day basis, the company needed a way to pay each worker immediately following a shift. Issuing check after check had become expensive, workers had to pay high check cashing fees, and other payroll debit card programs were not flexible enough to be cost-effective solutions.
We were able to adapt to the company's needs and develop a special electronic funding method. This allowed the company to provide its workers with instant access to wages through our Powercash Payroll Visa Card.
